The talks on Monday and Tuesday will be presented at the Presidential Conference Center, which is adjacent to the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum and the Bush School of Government and Public Service. The talks on Wednesday will be presented at the Rudder Conference Center on the Texas A&M Campus.
There will also be a Sunday reception, two lunches, and a Tuesday dinner at the Conference Center. The banquet will be Monday night at the Messina Hof Winery. Participants are asked to pay for meals in advance, but there will be no registration fee.
