- Finding Siggraph Articles
- To find Siggraph articles between 2010-2002 go to Siggraph Archives.
Then, select a year. Unfortunately, this archieve goes until 2002 Siggraph. If you choose (say 2003 Siggraph) you will go to
this website . Note that there is a link to table of contents. If you click this, you will go to
table of contents for the 2003 Siggraph. The page provides you the abstracts of all the papers published in Siggraph.
Let us say that you are looking for "water". Using control-F search in page for the world "water". Read the abstracts
and you will have an idea what the paper is about. If it seems interesting, click the paper to download pdf file.
Do not forget that you need to be in university domain to download the articles.
- To find Siggraph articles before 2002 is not that straightforward. First go to Google Scholars and search for "Proceedings of the 27th annual conference ACM Siggraph". 27th was 2000, you can figure out every year from that. For instance 1998 is 25th etc.. Select a paper from that year, you will again go to ACM Siggraph page. Note that there is again a link to table of contents. If you click this link, you will go to table of contents for the 2000 Siggraph. The page again provides you the abstracts of all the papers published in Siggraph. Let us say that you are looking for "physics". Using control-F search in page for the world "physics". Read the abstracts and you will have an idea what the paper is about. If it seems interesting, click the paper to download pdf file. Do not forget that you need to be in university domain to download the articles. Also try to check some varients of the word such as "physically" or "physical".
