I am currently a third year Ph.D. student in Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Texas A&M University, advised by Dr. Shuiwang Ji. My research interests include machine learning, deep learning, computational biology, etc. More specific topics include unsupervised/self-supervised learning, augmentated microscopy, attention-based mechanisms and graph neural networks.
