To further my knowledge and in the engineering field through hands-on experience with an internship or co-op program while providing my skills, dedication and services to the participating employer.

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical specialty at Texas A&M University. Member of the Texas A&M Student Steel Bridge Team. Gained valuable knowledge of the design and fabrication of structures while participating and competing with this team for the past two years. Advanced to national level competition in both 2005 and 2006.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Oak Hills Country Club – June 2004 – August 2004

Customer service employee. Personally assisted members and guests with their golf round preparations and completion. Performed numerous support activities from practice facility management to golf equipment maintenance.

VOLUNTEER WORK:

Texas Junior Golf Tour – December 2004 and January 2005

Competition support staff. Provided assistance to tour leadership in the Austin and San Antonio areas with all facets of the competition including competitor relocation support and rules decisions.


Boy Scouts of America – December 2005

Consultant-Counselor. Assisted boy scouts in the process to earn their golf merit badges. Taught the history of golf and the basic mechanics of the golf swing along with many other elements that are incorporated into the game. Provided hands-on support to both learn and further their golf swing.
