I am a PhD student in Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, at Texas A&M University. I am a member of the Genomic Signal Processing (GSP) Laboratory working under supervision of Prof. Byung-Jun Yoon.  

I received my B.S. in 2005 and my M.S. in 2008 both in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran.

 

My current research interests include  the following topics in bioinformatics and computational biology:
