Accommodations are available at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. To make a reservation, call 800-327-0200, tell them you want to make a reservation at the Crowne Plaza in Tulsa for one of the rooms in the block *("star") SCS (South Central Seminar), booking code 579. Confirm that the room rate is $79/night. The rate for two people is the same as for one, and rooms with double beds as well as king beds are available. You should check on such details when you call.
The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport which is eight miles away; just call the hotel when you arrive and they will send a shuttle to pick you up. Our first presentation on Friday is at 3:00 on the U of Tulsa campus (which is about three miles from the Crowne Plaza). Michael will come by the hotel at 2:15 to shuttle people over to the campus.
