ENDS 205 Project
"Action-Space" Pavilion for the Museum
After redesigning the Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History and presenting to the curator, we discovered that the museum was badly in need of a space to host their kids camps. We were assigned to individually create a model of a pavilion at 1/8 scale to house the activities. The twist? We were each supposed to come up with a cheap experimental material to build with. I chose Fibergrate, which is fiberglass reinforced plastic. The Fibergrate is represented in the first 2 photos as the yellow paneling. I thought the model looked much better without it, so I removed it for the majority of the pictures.
