梁枫，1945年出生于乌鲁木齐,毕业于新疆艺术学院美术系,在新疆人民出版社从事专业摄影工作至今副编审．曾任新疆人民出版社对外合作褊辑部乱主任．漠文编辑部副主任，中国摄影家协会会员，《中国摄影家全集》入集摄影家。《古原新客》、《甜》、《盛装的塔吉少女》等雉十幅作品入选西北五省区、北方十五省区、全国绿色宝库摄影展。全国第十二届摄影艺术展及在日本，美国的＂中国民族摄影展＂参展并获奖。所拍摄的新疆风光、民族民俗图片，几千幅发表于国内国外的报刊，杂志，画册上。参加拍摄、编辑大型画册《天山》、《中国新疆》。拍摄并主编了大型画册：《中国新疆喀什葛尔》、《中国新疆巴英郭楞》、《中国新疆吐鲁番》，并获得全国奖及十五省区编辑设计奖。拍摄、编辑了由新疆人民出版社与香港中国旅游出版社合作出版的大型画册《新疆游》获得广泛好评。拍摄、主编了《神秘的塔里木》获得国务院新闻办公室中央对外宣颁发的首届对外宣传优秀编辑金桥奖。另外，还应巴基斯坦政府旅游部门邀请，两次赴巴吉斯塔拍摄了《巴基斯坦－新疆丝绸之路》画册、旅游招贴画册等。

    二OO五年，用近三十年的摄影积累，编了一部精装版大十二开的摄影画册“新疆大自然”，翔实地用图片，文字向世人展现了新疆三山：昆仑山、天山、阿尔泰山，二盆，塔里木盆地、准噶尔盆地的自然风光，风土人情，画册出版发行后获得好评。

  Liang Feng, born in Urumqi, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Xinjiang Art College, has been working as professional photographer and vice copy editor for xinjiang people's Publishing House. He used to be deputy director of the Foreign Cooperation Editing Depanmen' and deput.x director of the Chinese Language Editing Department of Xinjiang People's Publishing Hou,e. He is a member China Photographers' Association as well as a photographer whose works have been collected in A Complete Collection Chinese PhotoGraphers' Works. Several ten pieces of his works represented by 'New Guest of the Ancient Plateau', 'Sweetness', 'Well Dressed Tajik Maids', have been selected for the exhibition of the five provinces and regions of Northwest China, the exhibition of the fifteen provinces and regions. Photograph Exhibition of the National Green Treasure-house, the 12th National Photograph Art Exhibition, and the Photograph Exhibition of the Chinese Nation in Japan and the United States. Several thousand pieces of his photograph works with the theme of the landscape of Xinjiang and folk culture of the minorities have been published in a number of domestic and foreign publications and albums. He has participated in photographing and editing of such big albums as 'the Tianshan Mountain, Xinjiang China'. He has also photographed and edited as chief editor such big albums as "Ge'er, Keshen, Xinjiang, China", "Bayinguolin,Xinxiang, China", "Turpan. Xinjiang, China" and won the national prize and the editing and design awards of the fifteen provinces. "Travel in Xinjiang", a big album photographed and edited by him and jointly published by Xinjiang People's Publishing House and Hong Kong China Travel publishing House has received good comments from great number of readers. "The Mysterious Tarim", another big album photographed and edited as chief editor by him has won the Golden Bridge Prize for the Excellent External Propaganda and Editing awarded by the News Administration Office of the State Council, and the External Propaganda Office of the Central Contmittee of the CPC. In addition, invited by the travel authority of the Pakistan government, he has been to Pakistan twice where he photographed an album titled "the Silk-way from Pakistan to Xinjiang, China" and albums of travel promotion photos.
