  Comments: Both papers were neatly presented, although handwritten in
pencil.  Both papers were lacking in that they did not actually perform
the simple vector calculation presented by the problem. 

INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  I considered the chosen paper suitable for
immediate publication, since it clearly answered the question asked.
