  Comments: Two of the three papers were done correctly. The one not done
correctly was missing the second part of the problem. The others were both
done correctly just needed to be neater.

INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  None of the papers did exactly what was expected,
probably because the problem was unclearly stated.  They did the first
part by doing the second part first, rather than by the classical method
so that the second part would provide a nontrival comparison.  I chose a
different paper (Robert Portillo's) because it seemed better organized.
