  Comments: This was apparently a somewhat difficult problem.  2 out of
the three papers we received had incorrect solutions.  


INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  The answer to this exercise is a list of
POLYNOMIALS, not of numbers.  None of the three papers was complete and
correct, although all made good starts.
