  Comments: I don't believe any of the papers were fully correct. I may be
wrong in my assesment. 


INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  The assessment is correct.  A frequent error was
to integrate over the whole sphere (0 < theta < pi) instead of the top
hemisphere (0 < theta < pi/2).
