  It seems that Howard's paper is most correct in this instance.  Julia's
  equation for the line integral was not correct.


INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  A numerical error kept the paper from being
correct.  This problem can be done either directly or by Green's theorem
(with the integrand constant but not zero!).
