  Comments:Alisa had the best explanation, but there was a minor error
that can easily be changed.  Cherie had a good neat solution with no
errors.  Alisa's explanation was just a little better.  We feel that the
combination of Cherie's neat correct solution with Alisa's explanation
will make the perfect solution.

INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  Since this is a straightforward calculational
problem, we published Cherie's correct solution without requiring
revisions.  Then Alisa revised hers, so we put it in the collection too.
