  Comments:
        After a few minor corrections are made (including expanding on his
explanation of the solution a bit), we believe that Richard's solution
will be fit for publication.  The mathematical error he made is a small
one (a term in the final matrix was somehow made negative), but it makes
the answer and the check he made incorrect nevertheless.  [The other
paper]'s explanation is even less explanatory than Richard's. The math
itself, however, is easy to follow and comes out correctly in the end,
though no check is provided as further proof of the correctness of the
solution.
