  Comments:   The paper was just a calculation without any explanation --
not even a problem statement or a concluding sentence to explain the
purpose of the calculation.  The solution in the Fall '96 collection is
much more complete.  (I will publish the new solution if the author
chooses to revise it satisfactorily.)

The author did perform a service by pointing out a misprint in the
problem:  "Exercise 6" should be "Example 6".
