  Comments: Well we recieved 8 papers to review. Myself and my partner
decided to each write 4 of the reports, so will recieve these from both of
us (4 from tan7234 and 4 from tlm3246). Before we left class Wednesday, we
chose the one paper that we thought was the best. That paper we chose
really ought to be published. It is excellent.

INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  The grader found a calculational error in Gabe's
paper and chose Richard's instead.  However, that paper does not give a
clear explanation of how the displacement of the independent variables
("Delta-x") was calculated, and since that step seemed to be THE MAJOR
LOCUS OF CONFUSION on the other 6 papers, we published Gabe's paper too
(with a correction).
