  Comments:

The paper we recieved was well done and correct, however its educational
value could have been improved.  It was evident that the author had a
thorough understanding of the concept of kernel which was the focus of the
problem, but we felt like someone having a hard time with the concept
would not have gained any understanding from this solution.  More
explanation would have helped.
