  Mark Williams [and Kyle Burford]

  Review:   Mark explained most of his solution and prefromed the correct
         math. It would be nice if he reiterated the complete question,
          and explained some of his math more thourghly. 

  Comments: [Kyle] had good math, but did not explain
            his solution.
            The [third author] explained the theory, but did not, carry
            the theory out well, or explained how he carried out the
            theory.

INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  Because of disagreement between the reviewers and
the grader as to which paper is best, I will publish both.  The point is
that Mark's paper is not very legible, although it does have a more
adequate explanation.
