The function G is defined as : G(X) = AX where A is fixed and X is a variable, both 2x2 matrices.

The kernel for the function G consists of two parts:

1) for all A, X=the zero matrix

2) X such that AX= the zero matrix ( this part may not exist)

(if X exists, any scalar multiple of X will also be in the kernel)
