Comments: Michael's paper was very thorough and arrived at a correct
solution.  [The other] correctly used the row-reduction method.  However,
due to arithmetic errors and problems parametrizing, his solution was
incorrect. Therefore, we chose Michael's solution of the problem, while
recommending that he correct the spelling errors within his explanatory
text.
