Comments:
We chose David White's solution for publication because it was accurate,
easy to follow and well laid-out.   There weren't any areas in his
response needing improvement.
                                                                                
The other three solutions, while all mathematically correct, could use
some minor revisions for clarity.  They were either missing written
explanation, had confusing parameters or left out important intermediate
steps.  David's was selected over the others' because it had the most
complete explanation.
