Comments: All of the authors exhibited their knowledge of the subject
matter.  The problems that occurred were those of arithmetic, not
process.  The two authors chosen for publication both had very good
explainations of the method and both deserved to be published.
                                                                               
GRADER'S COMMENT:  Waniska's explanation is clearer and more concise.
