Comments: Both papers solved part (a) correctly, though they arrived at
different answers.  Neither person provided a full and clear explanation
of part (b), so we suggest that they revise it together.  Patrick's paper
explained range better, and [...]'s explained kernel better.  Finally,
Patrick's part (c) provided more mathematical support.
