Comments: Each solution presented one of the different ways to solve this
problem. The reviewers feel that both should be posted so that students
can see the different ways of doing them. We have asked for a revision of
the method that incorporates the numerical matrix-inverse.
                                                                                
INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  Allison's method is the one that I postponed to 
Assignment 11.  Scott needs to correct an arithmetic error.
