Comments: All of the papers had correct approaches to the problem.  Most
had a minor error.  Two of the solutions were correct.  However, we felt
that Patrick's solution was the most understandable, although he did have
an arithmetic error. Therefore, we recommend his paper with a revision to
correct this problem.
