Comments: Both papers showed a very good understanding of the material.
Both of the proofs were correct, however, one was easier to follow and see
the whole picture.  This is why we chose this paper to be published.
                                
INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  I called for a revision to improve the logic in the 
proof of M2.  The crucial input is N2, rather than "Once again, N1".
