Comments:
All three papers I received had completely correct solutions.  One thing I
noticed about all three was that they seemed to be lacking in
explanations.  I always find it helpful to see an explanation of why an
identity is true/nonsensical/numerically wrong, especially if I'm having
trouble with a concept.  The best response in my opinion was Tristan
Brown's, and I would recommend it for publication if he added a proof of
the true identity.
