Comments: Both papers did a good job setting up the cylindrical
coordinate system and the multiple integrals.  The paper that was not
chosen for publication mistakenly subsituted r=4 in for the two integrals
that found the value of the mass on the top and bottom of the can.  
Other than that, they both did a good job.
