  Comments:Mr. Mendoza's paper was very clear, his explaination was good.
  His paper is neat and clean.  His wording is easy to understand.  I like
the way he sets up the problem and the present the solution.  Though, I
think that the previous published solution is the best solution to this
problem.

        Mr. Hale solved the problem with a different way.  Instead of
explaining the statement, he actually calculated the amount of sugar,
flour and baking powder needed.  His paper is clean, though the side is
torn.  


INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  I think one published paper (per semester) is
enough on this problem.
