  Comments:The paper chosen for publication was from one of our own group
members. It was chosen without bias.  It truly was the most organized
paper. All the papers submitted had a satisfactory solution to the
problem.  Nam's, was just better organized and well presented.

INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  I thought Brian's paper was sufficiently different
and instructive to be published, too.
