  Comments:  We chose two papers for publication because they both
provided clear, step-by-step explanation of the theory for each part of
the problem.  The solutions were also neatly written/typed and one had a
web page.  Other papers received were correct for the most part and some
had web pages and some had some minor errors.  Different approaches were
also used.  Most of the papers just missed publication because they lacked
the neatness and clarity of the two best solutions.  The first one we
chose was clear and easy to follow yet short in description and the second
we chose had more explanation therefore a combination of both would be the
best overall for publication.
