  Comments:  One paper Only proved the second part of the theorem.  THat
part of proof had a mistake in elements of the antisymmetric matrix.
        The other paper [Nam's] had an error in defining the kernel of A.
Other than that the person attempted to prove that L was linear, one to
one and onto.


INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  I think the criticism is based on some
misunderstanding.  Nam's paper looks OK to me.
