       Comments:
Both of the papers chosen for publication were well written. Edward
Bucktron's paper was typed which made it easier to read, but he did not
give an email address. The problem was clearly stated along with the
necessary formula. Finally the steps to complete the problem were
systematically written out. The other papers two lacked the full
comprehensive solution as compared to the papers to be published.


INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT: I did not think the two papers were sufficiently
different to warrant publishing both.  I chose the one that best met the
criterion of being "carefully written ... comparable to a worked-out
example in a textbook".
