       Comments: Greg and Stacy both had excellent paper. We chose Greg's
because it was so neat. He also did a great job of explaining most parts. 
[The 3rd author] had more trouble with this problem. It was incorrect. He
doesn't seem to understand how the matix of the new coordinates in terms
of t he old coordinates is related ot the matrix of the old basis in terms
of the new basis.
