       Comments: Both of the papers turned in were good.  They were both
easy to follow.  I think that Vivek's paper had the correct
answer.
 
INSTRUCTOR'S COMMENT:  Vivek's paper needs two revisions.  The kernel
dimension is 0, not 1.  The translation into polynomial language at the
end is not relevant to the problem stated.
