A PostScript version is available at the DESY site below, and a portrait-mode DVI at the SUNY site.] Ignore Sec. 1.2 about the mainframe computer at U. of Manitoba; to compile yourfile.tex on calclab, just type "tex yourfile" in a terminal window.
