A low-cost, rapid, and highly accessible sensor that integrates machine-learning-driven surface-enhanced Raman scattering and a boronic acid array was developed for glycan analysis. The tool can directly analyze intact glycoproteins and raw biological samples without time-consuming sample preparation.
