Hanson Yu is

His undergraduate studies is fully funded by a full award merit based scholarship given by the Brockman Foundation. He is a member of the University Honors and Engineering Honors program with departmental honors in Computer Science and Mathematics.
At Texas A&M, he is actively involved with the Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) serving as a member of the planning committee as well as with competing for the Table Tennis Club.
