About Me
Howdy! My name is Hemanth Mukesh, I'm a junior Computer Science major with a minor in Statistics, graduating in the spring of 2025.
Some of my skills include experience in the following languages: Python, C++, Java, Javascript, and HTML/CSS. I am also familiar with tools such as React, Docker, VMs, Linux, and Git. In general, I think I am adaptable to unfamiliar situations, whether that be new technologies, people, or ideas.
Computer Science is a very diverse field, and I have only touched the tip of the iceberg. I have experience in a wide range of specializations including generic software development, game design, web design, cybersecurity, and computer networks. However, the most interesting one to me is definitely the last one, computer networks. Last summer, I did a research internship abroad at IIT Gandhinagar and researched heavily into computer networks, which I knew nothing about beforehand. Learning more about the subject over the course of 10 weeks gave birth to a new interest in networking, and it's a technical area I am seriously considering specializing in.
