The summer school is intended for highly motivated, advanced undergraduate students (typically juniors / seniors) with an interest in mathematical modeling, numerical analysis and scientific computation.
Students should be comfortable with calculus, linear algebra, (ordinary) differential equations, and the basic usage of a programming language such as Matlab, Python, or C/C++. We expect the completion of at least one (advanced undergraduate) course in mathematical modeling, numerical methods, or partial differential equations.
