Textbook: Second half of Lectures on Quantum Mechanics, by Gordon Baym, with supplementary material from Modern Quantum Mechanics (called S below) and Advanced Quantum Mechanics (called S' below) by J.J. Sakurai.

Homework is due at the beginning of class each Wednesday. Homework late by < 48 hours, 1/2 credit. Homework late by > 48 hours, no credit.

The exams will be at night (7:00 p.m.) in Room 203 (MPHY):

Note that the final exam is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, at 7:00-10:00 p.m. in Room 203, prior to the nominal university time.
